Terms of service

The short version

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use Bragd, including our website, our skills translation and our paid sessions. In these terms, "Bragd", "we" and "us" mean Bragd, based in the UK.

By submitting our form or booking a session, you agree to these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your personal data.

2. Who can use Bragd

You must be 18 or over and using Bragd for your own career. Please only send us information about yourself, or about other people only where it's needed to describe your experience.

3. What we provide

AI tools help us prepare your translation, and a real person reviews it before it reaches you.

4. Paid sessions

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies. Payment is taken when you book.

You can reschedule for free with at least 24 hours' notice. As a consumer, you also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of booking and get a full refund. If you ask us to hold your session within those 14 days and it has already happened, you lose that right. If we have to cancel, we'll offer you a new time or a full refund.

5. Your content

Your CV, your answers and the CV lines we write for you are yours to use however you like. You give us permission to use what you send only to deliver your service. We'll only use your story, anonymised, as an example or testimonial if you say yes.

6. Keeping it true

We help you describe real work well. We don't make up job titles, numbers or achievements. You're responsible for checking that everything on your CV is accurate before you use it, including filling in the [X] placeholders with real figures.

7. No guarantees

We'll deliver your service with reasonable care and skill. We can't guarantee interviews, job offers, salary increases or any other result, because those depend on employers and on many things outside our control. Role suggestions are a guide, not careers or legal advice.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. Otherwise, we're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

9. Using our website

Please don't misuse our website or service, for example by trying to break it, sending harmful files or copying our content to offer a competing service. The Bragd name, logo and website content belong to us.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you use Bragd is the one that applies. If you've booked a paid session, the terms in place when you booked apply to it.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts. If something goes wrong, please email hello@bragd.ai first and we'll do our best to sort it out.
